As for any startup nonprofit, BFF’s three biggest challenges were:
1. Gaining awareness
2. Raising support
3. Collecting donations

THE APPROACH
Branding
Blue Family Fund was founded out of the success of Point Blank Safety Services, so it was important to the founders (Stacey and Michael Magovern) that we have a cohesive visual relationship between the two brands. So we drew upon the law-enforcement-inspired visual branding of the established Point Blank Safety Services brand.
WEB
For the web project it was critical to present donors with the mission of BFF, then to provide a seamless user-friendly online donation experience. In addition to the donation tools, we added an eCommerce store. 100% of the sales from BFF’s online store, go directly to assist families of first responders.
Video & Social Content Creation
For BFF to be successful in its mission to help the greatest number of families, we have to “Build The Tribe” by growing their social media followership. To do this we consistently produce first-in-class video productions and graphic design posts to reach and engage their target audience.

Red House Coffee Roasters has been roasting some of the best coffee in Texas and across the country for almost a decade. When it was time to completely revamp their online store, Red House approached us to help reposition the brand in the market place, with a new subscription model, and to focus on improving conversion and click-through.
